I
never really intended to write a book,
but on almost a daily basis I had people
asking me what the best way is to lose
weight. When I tried to explain my answer,
I realized that I took for granted the
amount of information you really need
to understand in order to lose weight
safely and keep it off in the long run.
I
figured I could find a good book to refer
people to that they could use to help
them reach their goals, but I couldn't.
Most of the books I agreed with in theory
were too long and detailed to be practical.
The simplest, most enjoyable books I found
were too gimmicky to get the job done.
So
the goal became about trying to fit everything
I thought people needed to know about
their fat into 100 easily-accessible pages
or less. Judging by the encouragement
I've received from people in all walks
of life, Your Fat is everything it was
hoping to be.
